Revista de Estudos Constitucionais extends deadline for submitting articles until May 16
The Federal Supreme Court (STF) has extended until May 16 the deadline for submitting scientific articles for publication in the thematic dossier "The right to have rights", in the fourth issue of Suprema - Revista de Estudos Constitucionais.
The dossier will be organized by Professor Andreza Aruska de Souza Santos, director of the Brazilian Studies Programme at the University of Oxford and a member of Suprema's International Editorial Board. The aim of the issue is to encourage debate about access to rights and justice, especially in the current social, political, and economic climate.
Guidelines
Interested parties have until 11:59 p.m. on May 16 to submit their work, which must be original and unpublished. The guidelines for preparing and submitting articles can be found in the Public Notice STF/SAE 2/2021, and submissions must be made directly on the Suprema website.
Evaluation
The article is initially analyzed by the editorial team, to check that it meets the formal requirements and the editorial line of the journal.
If it is accepted, it will be sent to at least two reviewers for assessment using the double-blind peer review method. This mechanism guarantees the anonymity of reviewers and authors, enabling an impartial evaluation. To this end, it is essential that any form of identification of authorship is removed from the document.
Information or queries on topics not listed on the journal's website can be obtained by e-mailing revistasuprema@stf.jus.br .
