This special edition concludes the series of publications under the thematic dossier Structural litigation in Constitutional Jurisdiction: challenges, limitations, and breakthroughs which includes articles that reflect the scholarly effort to propose formulations which allow the transition from a complex state of constitutional non-conformity to a scenario of respect for human rights, particularly those of the most vulnerable.
