References must contain all data necessary for the identification of the papers and be arranged in alphabetical order. The distinction of different papersfrom the same authorship will be made considering the chronological order, per the year of publication. Works of the same authorship that werepublished in the same year will be differentiated by adding a letter at the end of the year (i.e., 2019a, 2019b). All references used in the text should be indicated at the end of the document, with information on the URLs when possible. Foreign authors may, in the submission, follow another models.

Foreign authors may, in the submission, follow another models.
    • Indirect or direct citation without the name of the author expressed in the text must present, in parentheses, with the complete author-date reference. Examples: A differentiated model for understanding the nature of rules and principles is necessary, even if, in this differentiated model, the distinction of the prima facie character of rules and principles is maintained (ALEXY, 2008, p. 104). The comparison between working women and those who came from the middle class was also present, so that "the former certainly had more legitimate reasons to compare themselves to slaves" (DAVIS, 2016, p. 46).
    • The indirect or direct citation with the author’s name expressed in the text must present, in parentheses, the year and pages of the publication. Examples: Herbert L.A. Hart (2011, p. 185) points out that in any community there is a partial overlap of the contents of legal and moral obligations, even if the requirements of legal rules are more specific and detailed than moral rules. Citations longer than 3 lines should be separated from the text with a 4 cm paragraph indentation, 11 points, single line spacing, and justified text, without the use of quotation marks.
    • Highlights from the original work should be reproduced identically in the citation. If there are no highlights in the original work but the author of the article wishes to highlight some information, the following rules should be observed:
      • Highlights from the author of the article: after transcribing the citation, use the expression "emphasis added" in parentheses.
      • Other highlights in passages of the text should only occur in italic font style and only in the following cases: a) expressions in foreign languages; and b) highlights of expressions, if strictly necessary for the understanding of the text.
    • Foreign language citations should always be translated into the predominant language of the article in the footnotes, accompanied by the term "translation added" in parentheses.
  4. Funding
    • Authors must inform the editorial team of any funding, research grants or benefits received for the development of the work and declare that there is no conflict of interest that would compromise the submitted manuscript.
    • If it is possible to identify the author, the information should not be included in the submitted file, so as not to prejudice the blind peer review. The inclusion should be done in the final stage before the publication of the article after the editorial team has contacted the author.
  5. Guarantee of double-blind review
    • Authors must take every precaution to eliminate any kind of authorship identification from the document to be submitted.
    • Elements such as a biography under the title of the article, footnotes with authorship data, references to previously published works in the body of the text that refer to the authors in any way other than in the third person should not be included in the body of the text.
    • The paper's authorship identification must be removed from the Properties option in Word, in accordance with the guidance available on Microsoft's webpage (insert link: https://support.microsoft.com/pt-br/topic/remover-dados-ocultos-e-informações-pessoais-inspecionando-documentos-apresentações -or-workbooks-356b7b5d-77af-44fe-a07f-9aa4d085966f).
